Designer Blinds Online is a business in the household industry that markets blinds and Shutters.
Online Quotes and Prices:
Prices displayed online are able to be changed at the behalf of the www.designerblindsonline.co.za at any time and without notice but are fixed to the buyer once an order is placed and paid for.
Modifications and improvements to the products, prices and data are constantly being made.
Although Designerblindsonline.co.za has endeavored to ensure that product and pricing information provided is accurate, complete, and current, Designerblindsonline.co.za does not provide any representations or warranties as to its accuracy or completeness, nor will Designerblindsonline.co.za be liable for any inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information provided.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the customized nature of Designerblindsonline.co.za products, Designerblindsonline.co.za cannot provide a refund if the buyer changes their mind, are unhappy with their colour choice, or the measurements they supplied are incorrect. If buyer believes that there is a discrepancy between the products ordered and what they have received, be it in quantity, size, colour or style etc. the buyer must notify the seller within 2 days of delivery and must provide Designerblindsonline.co.za with a reasonable opportunity to investigate that claim. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of their purchase only. A full refund will occur. If the buyer cancels their order after 24 hours from purchase, Designerblindsonline.co.za will make a calculation as to their costs incurred to date, at their own discretion, and refund the remainder if any to the buyer, in order to cover manufacturing costs.
The buyer is responsible for all measurements and is therefore liable for any costs should inaccurate measurements result in a blind that needs alteration or replacement. If alterations occur, delivery will be at the buyers cost. Designerblindsonline.co.za will not be liable for a buyer’s dissatisfaction with a characteristic of a fabric ordered.
Slight natural variations in colour and grain effect, are normal with a wood product and are not considered defects. In addition, some fading and/or discolouration of the finish may occur over time. This is common with man-made coatings and is not considered a defect. The obligation of Designerblindsonline.co.za and its distributors is limited to the repair or the replacement of blinds or components found to be defective and excludes shipping or transport charges and labour costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like similar parts.
When is a refund not possible?
Where a product damaged during installation or unless faulty, we’re unable to refund. We’re unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 24 hours of the order being placed for standard manufactured products. Express manufactured products are excluded from refunds as once order is initiated is manufactured immediately. Please refer to Express manufacturing.
Express Manufacturing:
We are able to provide our customers an Express Manufacturing service (2 days manufacturing) but unfortunately based on,
Once order is processed we will be unable to change or cancel the order.
Service is only available between Monday and Thursday excluding Public Holiday.
Express Orders need to be processed and payment cleared (Credit Cards are immediate) before
9:30am on any business day.
Express Service is only available with specified Venetian & Roller ranges.
Express orders are also subjected to stock availability.
Express Service will not be available during peak season (October & November) due to manufacturing
constraints.
Order Process:
Completing an order on the website means that the buyer acknowledges that these terms and conditions have been read, understood and agreed. The buyer must provide all required information including name, email address, and payment details etc. so that Designerblindsonline.co.za can process the order. All necessary guidance is provided during the Ordering process to help customer in making the right choice.
Designerblindsonline.co.za reserves the right to accept or reject any order or part thereof submitted by the buyer. If the seller rejects the buyers order, the buyer will be contacted and any money paid by the buyer in relation to the rejected portion of that order shall be refunded and Designerblindsonline.co.za shall have no further liability to the buyer in relation to the rejected part of that order.
